We accept all major credit cards. No checks or cash – sorry!
SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders are shipped via USPS via your choice of 1st class or Media Mail. For international shipments we use USPS International Priority.
Note: We are not responsible for any lost/damaged parcels shipped via USPS unless additional insurance or registered services are purchased and applied to the order in question.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns ONLY on defective merchandise or if we screw up your order. Be sure to get in touch before returning any items.
Contact storefronts@virtuallabel.biz regarding all mail order returns. You must have our permission to return any merchandise for credit.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any questions regarding an order please contact storefronts@virtuallabel.biz. For pre-orders we do our best to ship four (4) business days prior to release date so you receive the item on time. We try to ship all other orders within two (2) business days of receipt. We will advise you if an item is out of stock.
PRIVACY POLICY
This web store is run by Virtual Label LLC d/b/a Virtual Storefronts on behalf of the artist or label.
We do not and will not rent or sell or give your name, address, email address, credit card information or any personal information to any third party. We do not and will not share any customer information with outside parties who may wish to market their products to you.
We will only send you an e-mail to confirm receipt and shipment of your order or if we have a question about your order or if you have signed up for an artist or label newsletter we manage.
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).
AGE RESTRICTIONS.
Individuals under the age of 13 are prohibited from accessing the web store without verified parental consent furnished to us in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. You hereby represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.
